Abstract

This paper introduces the situation of waste characteristics and kitchen kitchen garbage disposal in Shanghai City, analyses the existing problems in processing status, expounds the kitchen garbage resource recycling technology and the prospects for development, to provide suggestions for the future of Shanghai food waste management and recycling.
