Abstract

Small and micro enterprises are an important force for the economic and social development, and play an important role in providing employment, increasing the national fiscal revenues, etc., but influenced by the international financial crisis and complex and volatile economic situations at home and abroad, China's small and micro enterprises are faced with some new difficulties and challenges. The paper, by analyzing the current issues of China's small and micro business and based on some successful experience, makes the suggestions for promoting the benign development of the small and micro businesses.
