- Abstract
The paper mainly analyzes the status quo of idioms in Chinese and English Language Acquisition. And a comparative study is made. It then points out that in China, English idioms are not paid enough attention to by English learners in their learning process, which results in the misunderstanding of English language. Finally, several methods of learning English idioms are mentioned for readers to refer to.
