- Abstract
This study aimed at measuring and determining the extent of intentional sustained behavioral when using an e-wallet application. This research was conducted using a data collection method with a questionnaire of 100 active consumer respondents using the application e-wallet. Samples were taken using the contour formula. Testing the quality of the data in this study was conducted through the validity of the data, namely the validity test and the reliability test. In addition, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this study showed that performance expectancy variables, effort expectancy, social influences, and facilitating conditions simultaneously influenced behavioral intentions.
