Abstract

At present, large-scale structural transformations are being car-ried out in railway transport, which fundamentally change the existing mechanism of its functioning and form a new ideology of the industry, the transport market and new relationships be-tween market participants. The features of the reform are not only changing the form of ownership, but also changing the en-tire management architecture of the company.
