Abstract

The relevance of the topic is due to the importance of assessing the qualifications of workers based on the developed professional standards. The article identifies the objective prerequisites for the introduction of professional standards. The stages and stages of the implementation of professional standards in organizations and enterprises of various sectors of the economy are highlighted. The main organizational characteristics of the preparatory stage of the implementation of professional standards are identified.
