Abstract

In this paper, we design an improved three mode redundant self checking and self repairing system based on the technology of MIPS dynamic partial reconfiguration.The system adopts the fault tolerant model of reconfiguration and dual module comparison, The reliability of the system is analyzed by Markov process.The system is verified on the XUPV5-LX110T development board.
