Abstract

With the rapid development of fiber grating sensing technology, vibration sensor based on fiber grating sensing technology has become a new research and development direction. This paper focuses on the latest research progress of vibration sensors based on different structural principles of fiber gratings at home and abroad. The future development of fiber grating vibration sensor is prospected, and the future development of fiber grating vibration sensor is also discussed.
