- Abstract
At present, China has entered a new stage of development. It is clearly pointed out in the 14th Five-Year plan that it is necessary to stimulate the vitality of various market entities, accelerate the improvement of modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, and deepen the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises. The pharmaceutical industry is closely related to the people's livelihood, making a significant contribution to the development of social economy. With the new epidemic sweeping the world in 2020, the pharmaceutical industry has been widely concerned by the public. In this paper, domestic and foreign research status of pharmaceutical industry, research content and methods are described, and on the basis of related concepts, case analysis is used for in-depth exploration, and relevant theories are summarized; then, taking Yunnan Baiyao company as an example, this paper analyzes the financial statements of Yunnan Baiyao group and puts forward the relevant improvement suggestions.
