- Abstract
All manufacturing processes begin with design steps of a product. This study aims to design the main parameters of two-blade propellers for fishing vessels using computer-aided design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) software simulations. Through simulation, it is hoped that it will be able to reduce a number of physical experiments at the time of making propeller so that it is more efficient in terms of cost and time because it does not repeatedly conduct experiments in making propeller.
