Abstract

The negative aspect of the information concept reflects the relationship of information and its consumer, information compliance management goals, which is implemented on its basis. The negative properties of information are manifested only in the presence of the information unity, the user and the purpose of management. The value and usefulness of using information is in the development (consumer) solutions to achieve their goals. From this point of view, the consumer properties of information are analyzed. This form of adequacy is directly related to the practical use of information, with the correspondence of its target function of the system.
