Abstract

This paper takes Dalian Free Trade Zone as the research object, and studies the policy of introducing high-level talents into Dalian Free Trade Zone. On the basis of searching the relevant literature and studying the introduction policies of the governments of various development zones, this paper uses the theory of human resources management to carry out research and discussion. Through these methods and theories, the present situation of the introduction of high-level talents in Dalian Free Trade Zone is analyzed, the existing problems are extracted and the causes are analyzed. At the end of the article, we draw some policy suggestions.
