Abstract

In recent years, China regards the construction of ecological civilization as the fundamental strategy for the sustainable development of the country, which naturally becomes the guiding ideology of the capitalization theory of coal resources. This paper is problem oriented, using ROSTCM6 UCINET software, focusing on coal resource capitalization and the core content of ecological civilization construction, using condensed subgroup method to construct a ecology theory framework of coal resource capitalization
