Abstract

Advanced medical colleges have insufficient material resources and excess human resources. Administrative and logistics personnel are too many. The combination and cooperation of different departments are not reasonable. These are the most important factors affecting the efficiency and efficiency of Chinese advanced medical colleges. The efficiency evaluation of advanced medical colleges mainly assesses the economic efficiency of the college, the efficiency of personnel of different departments in the college and the factors that influence the efficiency.
