- Abstract
The postgraduate education in China is gradually shifting to a new stage of 'ConnotativeÿDevelopment', to study the efficiency and effectiveness of education resource utilization from the perspective of performance has more important significance. This paper applies the Factor Analysis Method to integrate 12 groups of variables which represent the present situation of postgraduate education into 2 major factors: input and output, and to evaluate and compare the postgraduate education resource utilization of 31 provinces (or autonomous regions) in China.
