- Abstract
With the rapid development of national economy, we are more and more aware of the importance of high-tech industries. China is constantly improving its marketing and trade system to better serve the investment and financing activities of foreign science and technology industries. At the same time, the business activities of foreign enterprises also have an important impact on Chinese relevant systems.This paper analyses the current situation at home and abroad, points out the significance of the interaction between marketing and trade system and investment and financing of foreign science and technology industry, and finally puts forward relevant suggestions, with a view to playing a reference role in the decision-making of relevant departments in China.
