Abstract

The rising of modern management theory promotes the academic study of multidimensional governance modernization, and political culture plays an important role in different countries in the governance process, contemporary political culture through rational enlightenment, the influence of the rule of law, democracy and other means of establishing an inclusive modern roles as citizens, college students enhance national identity. College is one of the critical periods of life, the political culture of the period for the students the correct political outlook and good political personality plays an important role. Factors affecting the political culture are diverse, in modern society, the media and political text is varied. Internet is widely used and especially the emergence of network culture for undergraduate political culture provides a new medium. Variability and the diversity of cultural content network cultural environment of college students' political culture had a significant impact.
