Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of relevant aspects of the development of industrial tourism in cities and regions of the Russian Federation. Modern tourists are keen on educational tourism. The need for knowledge is inherent in a man. Industrial tourism as a new type can be attributed as an alternative to educational tourism. In developed foreign countries, this type of tourism has reached popularity. The tasks of the Russian travel industry are to take into account the prospect of this fascinating, economically mutually beneficial type of tourism and create conditions for its effective development.
