- Abstract
It is the core problem for undergraduate entrepreneurial team to use the individual knowledge resources, endowments and skills of the team members to create more value for the entrepreneurial enterprise. Whether the undergraduate entrepreneurship team can integrate the knowledge resources among members and create more value, whether it has the ability to create, disseminate and use new knowledge, has become a decisive factor for college students’ entrepreneurial success. Through the logistic model, the paper focuses on the important role and realization mechanism of knowledge sharing within it. It mainly uses the knowledge sharing and cooperation model to analyse how undergraduate entrepreneurial teams can fundamentally improve the knowledge and capabilities of entrepreneurial enterprises.
