- Abstract
In order to evaluate and summarize the students' associations in colleges and universities, and to directly reflect their performance status, it is necessary to establish and apply a relevant performance evaluation system. Based on the theoretical basis of performance management and the actual situation of students' associations in colleges and universities in China, this paper builds a performance evaluation system of students' associations by using the lattice order theory, and takes different students' associations of 21 colleges in Jiangsu Province as samples, in accordance with six categories of students' associations. The empirical analysis has achieved relatively scientific evaluation results, which objectively reflects the achievements and problems of sample societies. The research results enrich and develop the existing theoretical system, and provide theoretical support and empirical reference for the performance evaluation and management of students' associations in colleges and universities.
