- Abstract
In 2014, the author conducted a needs assessment on nursing EPA nurses and caregivers in the Philippines and this article evaluates the results. It reveals that the rural colleges are less interested in the Japanese scheme despite the urban schools are more advantageous for dispatching their nurses to the US.
