- Abstract
From the four dimensions of technology, economy, society, and ecology, this paper adopts the policy literature review method, combining the two categories of “policy orientation” and “document reference” to conduct qualitative screening of evaluation indicators for the coordination level of technology-economy-society-ecological coupling in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. On this basis, it uses the principal component-correlation analysis method to quantitatively screen the evaluation indicators of the coordination level of technology-economy-society-ecology coupling in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At the same time, it combines the weighted comprehensive index method with the coupling coordination model to construct a technology-economy-society-ecology coupling coordination evaluation model to measure the technology-economy-society-ecology development index of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and dynamically evaluate the coordination level of technology-economy-society-ecology coupling in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
