Abstract

Sports injury accident is an inevitable fact in school sports activities, and it is also a serious problem that puzzles physical education teachers and affects the order of education and teaching. In the injury accident, first, we should study the law and make clear the legal responsibility of the school and the physical education teacher in the injury accident; second, we should pay attention to the prevention, reduce the injury accident to the minimum, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the school, the physical education teacher and the student.
