Abstract

The article is devoted to the analyses of the risks of civil society, financial organizations, regulators, law enforcement agencies that are associated with the unregulated use of blockchain technologies. The authors proceed from the fact that new technologies applied in the financial markets produce not only new business opportunities, but also threats of a new type. Special attention is paid to the risks of anti-money laundering via the blockchain technology.
