Abstract

The essence of logistics strategy application is to deliver goods for the customer timely and accurately, but the logistics distribution is a bottleneck in the development of commerce mode of B2C e-commerce environment. The development of electronic commerce has put forward new requirements to the B2C logistics. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing some relatively successful B2C enterprises about their distribution system features, we explore the strategies on logistics distribution for B2C e-commerce.
