Abstract

Decision tree is a popular classification algorithm, which has the characteristics of fast learning, high classification accuracy, and the performance of the classification results. Decision tree structure includes two stages: the training set to generate decision tree; the generated decision tree pruning. This paper improves the traditional ID3 decision tree algorithm, and then puts forward the design and implementation of analytical CRM system based on improved decision algorithm. Finally, the experimental results show that the accuracy of the CRM system based on the improved decision tree algorithm is significantly improved, and it is stable.
