Abstract

The design of river revetment is a difficulty in the landscape design in water-deficient cities. This paper analyzes the problems in water revetment’s adaptive design in three different aspects, which are flood control, ecological compensation and water self-purification. Following the principle of “ecological priority”, it proposes the best ecological revetment design strategy.
