Abstract

Education is the foundation of a century-long plan. With the development of new liberal arts as the background, journalism education should go hand in hand with ideological and political education, and integrate ideological and political elements into daily professional teaching to improve students’ moral quality and ideological accomplishment. Based on this, this paper constructs a Java web-based ideological and political network teaching system for news planning course with the help of the technical advantages of the Internet and the computer as the development hardware. The overall development of the system is based on Windows10.0 operating system, and the development environment is based on Java. MyEclipse 2018 is selected as the development environment of Java, Tomcat 8.0 is selected as the Web server, MySQL 5.8 is used as the database server, and the project object model (Maven) is used to manage the project structure of the system. The system will use AHP to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. The measured results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model show that the construction of network teaching system can effectively make up for the deficiency of general teaching evaluation.
