Abstract

This article mainly aimed at the problem of "bus priority" law system in our country, through the research on public transport infrastructure, bus priority policy subsidies and investment policy, bus priority management security policy and bus priority management guarantee mechanism is put forward form to ensure system implementation of bus priority policy supporting system of traffic laws, provide legal guarantee for traffic management in accordance with the law.
