R&D employees’ promotion and prevention focus mediate the relationship between servant leadership and R&D employee creativity. Leader-member exchange moderates the relationship of servant leadership-R&D employees’ promotion focus and it also moderates the relationship between servant leadership and R&D employees’ prevention focus.
