Abstract

The whole Real Estate market in mainland China shows a fatigued and weak tendency in recent years since 2015 because of macroscopic readjustment and control by Chinese government, which strongly influences the business strategies in state-owned real estate companies’ performance. This study aims at analyzing the annual statements from 2015 to 2019 to predict the new business transformation and growth region for real estate enterprises through typical standard examples and comparisons through data in annual reports and financial statements, which indicates the commercialization of real estate and the whole real estate market had been a general rising trend with up-and-downs.
