- Abstract
This paper takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, collects relevant data by means of network survey and practice survey, and uses SPSS statistical analysis software to conduct empirical research on employee participation and job satisfaction of SMEs. It is found that employee participation positively affects job satisfaction. Decision participation and parallel participation have a significant positive incentive effect on employee job satisfaction, while work participation has no significant impact on job satisfaction.
