- Abstract
The article argues the need, reviews the results and identifies the main objectives and directions of the development of the system of standardization and certification in the Russian nanoindustry under transition to a new technological mode. The system under consideration is seen as a regulatory and technical component of the institutional basis for introducing innovative nanotechnologies and nanomaterials into mass production, entering and free circulating competitive nanotechnology products in the domestic and foreign markets, establishing the necessary technological basis of the policy of neo-industrialization of Russian economy and its innovative modernization. The authors pose a legitimate question about the effectiveness of using standardization as a method of legal regulation of nanoindustry, taking into account its rigid nature, which contradicts the innovative specifics of this sector of the Russian economy.
