- Abstract
This paper analyzes the concept, current development of O2O business models in china. The characteristic of these models including advantages and existing problems are also discussed extensively. Through the analysis of successful cases of these business models, a new development strategy is proposed to improve the efficiency of China O2O business model. It also can be used for O2O enterprises to make future business decision.
