Abstract

Based on the financial data of 57 listed technical entrepreneurial companies in IT and electronics industry of China’s capital market in 2011, and according to scholars’ research point in knowledge capital structure in recent years, this paper adopts an improved knowledge value-added coefficient (VAIC) method to measure intellectual capital and then builds a composite indicator of business growth through a multiple linear regression analysis of the influence of intellectual capital on technical entrepreneurship in business. The study result indicates that the value-added capacity of potential intellectual capital is more effective physical or financial capital to bolster business growth in terms of technical entrepreneur.
