- Abstract
This article examines a journey through the main theoretical edges that study Interculturality from a Latin American perspective. It also analyzes the definition of cultural management, considering how it has developed in Ecuador and the region. As a case study, it analyzes the Master’s Program in Cultural Management developed by the Salesian Polytechnic University, considering the course of this new interdisciplinary profession, evidenced in an academic offer whose main components in the curriculum are its minimum content and the learning result is interculturality.
