Abstract

Nowadays cybercrime occurs more and more frequently. However, the traditional criminal jurisdiction system has certain difficulties in investigating it due to the particularity of cybercrime, especially in the criminal jurisdiction of transnational cybercrime. It has seriously restricted the effective punishment of cybercrime by the international community. The key to effectively resolve the conflict of jurisdictions is keep the premise of adhering to the concept of national sovereignty in cyberspace.
