- Abstract
This paper deals with a method for pursuer to track a moving target in the three-dimensional space. The method is based on the use of the geometrical rules combined with the kinematics equations of the pursuer and the target. The maneuvers of the target are not a priori known to the pursuer. In this paper, the velocity pursuit is proposed to implement tracking the moving target. Simulations are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed control strategy.
