- Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis of the dynamics of geochemical indicators of natural and industrially transformed mid-mountain and high-mountain landscapes of the Western Caucasus. The high stability of geochemical processes for high-altitude geobotanical zones of subalpine and alpine meadows was established. The contents of plumbum (Pb) and cuprum (Cu) in soils of high-altitude geobotanical zones of the Teberda Nature Reserve and in soils of similar industrially transformed high-altitude geobotanical zones of Gondaray region were compared. The research showed a significant excess of the concentration of elements in the soils of high-altitude geobotanical zones of coniferous forests and the ecotone of the upper boundary of the forest of Gondaray region.
