- Abstract
Based on the current status and characteristics of private undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by undergraduate talents training in civil engineering, and puts forward the ways and methods of undergraduate training of civil engineering majors in private universities. The school-running effect of Nantong Institute of Technology shows that the methods are effective and feasible, and have certain practical significance and reference value for similar universities and majors.
