- Abstract
In response to the complex process and the lack of response to capability requirements of operational concept design, this paper proposes a conceptual design method for weapon equipment system-of-systems based on capability requirements. The operational concept design is divided into two parts: “operational capability requirements modeling” and “capability-based conceptual design modeling”. The corresponding modeling framework and description products are presented separately. Finally, using the method proposed in this paper, the conceptual design tool of weapon equipment system-of-systems is proposed. The superiority and practicability of the method and the tool are verified by an example.
