- Abstract
Firstly, this paper calculates the weight and synthetic weight of all indexes through analytic hierarchy process. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of various factors affecting the health of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) culture and TCM teachers. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey of expert evaluation, each influencing factor is evaluated separately to verify the rationality and operability of the whole evaluation system. Finally, TOPIS analysis method was used to evaluate the impact of TCM culture on the health of teachers in different schools of TCM colleges.
