Abstract

Through the study on the present situation of our country second-hand clothing hygiene safety problems, put forward the concrete solution and mechanism, using big digital management mode, strict control of health source, and to establish a perfect and effective government regulation system, and through the Internet interactive platform to be open and transparent, so as to promote the steady and healthy development of the second-hand clothes market.
