- Abstract
Based on the relevant planning requirements of the government and power companies on rural revitalization, combined with the basic data of electric power marketing, this paper refines and forms the evaluation system of the rural revitalization vitality power index, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the evaluation indicators of the rural revitalization vitality power index, and obtains the rural revitalization dynamic power index evaluation model. Based on this model, the rural revitalization vitality power index platform is designed and developed, which can calculate the rural revitalization vitality of streets and towns in the area in real time, providing important technical support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy of government departments.
