- Abstract
With the rapid growth of the digital economy, data center construction will be in a high-speed period, data centers from the scale of investment and technical complexity compared to the traditional information infrastructure are quite different, each link involves economic and production safety risks, in order to implement the safety production management work, enterprises gradually form a negative list of construction projects, the formation of their own risk assessment system. In the process of data center risk assessment, a risk matrix model should be established to analyze the construction process, and the data collected by the risk investigation should be identified, analyzed, evaluated and countermeasures proposed, and finally a negative list and a unified risk language should be formed.
