- Abstract
The paper describes analysis of the environmental activities state in the industry. Methodology implementation of the three-level models system will not only create a competitive technique and technology with a conscious and controlled quality level for environmental safety and purity, but will also provide a high integration degree of information that is necessary to predict the development of social engineering systems as elements of the noosphere.
