Abstract

As a young direct-controlled municipality of a large city, vast mountains and reser-voir areas, Chongqing is characterized by its typical dual-economic structure. In recent years, with its economic restructur-ing, the population of individual busi-nesses and migrant workers has been in-creasingly larger and larger, and their so-cial security has been improved. As one of the basic social security, the endow-ment pension of flexible employees is of great importance.
