Abstract

For the differential game about the pollution emissions control problem among countries, we apply Shapley value to allocate the total payoff of all countries. The important contribution of this paper is the establishment of a time-consistent imputation distribution procedure so that the initial agreement remains valid for the duration of the whole game.
