- Abstract
Aiming at the problems of real-time and reliability of the Network Control System(NCS) in coal mine automation, the performance of monitoring system based on Industrial Ethernet is studied. Through theoretical analysis and computer simulation, the real time performance including network delay, sampling rate, information transfer interval of the system were analyzed with the help of Jitterbug and TrueTime toolbox. Optimize the parameter of system communication network performance by comprehensive evaluation method, system optimal operation parameters was got, improved the reliability and safety of equipment.
