- Abstract
Design process of long roots Chinese herbal medicine harvester is analyzed,3D solid modeling based on Pro/E for the herbal medicine harvester is made.Virtual assembly for harvest using Pro/E assembly module,also with movement simulation and analysis for it’s key components is made in this paper. All of above provides reference and basis for physical prototype implementation of Chinese herbal harvester machine,and the key components are optimized,the maximum stress mainly distributed in the junction of digging shovel straight and bevel,edge is determined ,with the value is 0.53MPa.
